Privacy policy for the use of our websites

We collect, process and use your data only within the framework of the legal provisions. This privacy policy applies exclusively to the use of the websites offered by us. It does not apply to the websites of other service providers to which we merely refer by means of a link.

When using our websites, you remain anonymous as long as you do not voluntarily provide us with personal data. Personal data is only collected if this is necessary for the use of the services offered on the website (contact via e-mail).

We will treat the data you provide as strictly confidential. We will not disclose any personal data without your express consent, unless we are legally obliged to do so. SSL encryption

In order to protect your transmitted data in the best possible way, the website operators use SSL encryption. You can recognize such encrypted connections by the prefix “https://” in the page link in the address bar of your browser. Unencrypted page are marked by “http://”.

All data that you transmit to this website – for example when making inquiries – cannot be read by third parties thanks to SSL encryption.

Cookies

Cookies are small files that are stored on a visitor’s hard drive. They allow information to be retained for a certain period of time and identify the visitor’s computer. For better user guidance and individual performance presentation, we use permanent cookies.

Furthermore, we use so-called session cookies, which are automatically deleted when you close your browser. You can set your browser to inform you about the placement of cookies. This makes the use of cookies transparent for you.

Rights of the user

As a user, you have the right to request free information about what personal data has been stored about you. You also have the right to rectify incorrect data and to restrict the processing or erasure of your personal data. If applicable, you may also exercise your right to data portability. If you believe that your data has been processed unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

Data deletion

Unless your request conflicts with a legal obligation to retain data (e.g. data retention), you have a right to have your data deleted. Data stored by us will be deleted if it is no longer required for its intended purpose and there are no legal retention periods. If deletion cannot be carried out because the data is required for permissible legal purposes, data processing will be restricted. In this case, the data will be blocked and not processed for other purposes.

Right of objection

Users of this website may exercise their right to object to the processing of their personal data at any time.

Google Analytics

We create pseudonymous usage profiles with the help of Google Analytics in order to tailor our website to your needs. Google Analytics uses cookies that are stored on your terminal device and can be read by us. In this way, we are able to recognize returning visitors and count them as such. The data processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSG-VO or § 15 para. 3 TMG and in the interest of finding out how often our websites have been accessed by different users.

The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, since we have activated IP anonymization on this website, your IP address will be shortened by Google beforehand within member states of the European Union. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transferred to a Google server in the USA (an adequate level of data protection exists according to Art. 45 (1) DSGVO through Google’s participation in the Privacy Shield) and only shortened there. We have entered into an agreement with Google Inc. (USA) also concluded a contract for commissioned processing in accordance with Art. 28 DSGVO. Accordingly, Google will use all information strictly for the purpose of evaluating the use of our website for us and compiling reports on website activity.

  1. You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, however please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website.
